PRE-PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM
Ballet Royale’s expansive Pre-Professional Program provides students with an even more rigorous and demanding training schedule, designed and created for students striving towards a professional or post-secondary dance career. Building on the ongoing success of Ballet Royale’s elite Professional Division program, the Pre-Professional program expands these opportunities to students of all classes—not just the highest levels.
PROFESSIONAL DIVISION
Ballet Royale’s Professional Division is an elite day training program that provides a comprehensive advanced course of study for advanced, talented, and ambitious students. Students accepted in this program have demonstrated commitment and dedication, are at the highest technical and artistic level, and are approaching and preparing for a post-secondary or professional career. Select Professional Division students may be invited to dance as Student Trainees with the professional ballet company, Twin Cities Ballet.
2024/2025 Full School Year Audition Information:
2nd Audition: Saturday, June 1 at 9:00am and 11:00am for dancers ages 6-21.
This audition is for dancers dancers Ages 6-21.
Pre-Professional Program & Professional Division Audition
9:00am-10:30am. Current Ballet Royale dancers in Academy Intermediate I and higher or Pre-Professional Program 4A and higher OR for Ages 11-21 (With Pointe).
Pre-Professional Program Audition 11:00am-11:45am
Current Ballet Royale dancers in Introduction to Ballet Summer 2024 or Preparation for Ballet OR for Ages 6-9 with <2 years of Classical Ballet (No Pointe).
Pre-Professional Program Audition 11:00am-12:30pm
Current Ballet Royale dancers in Academy Youth Ballet I, II, III & IV or Pre-Professional Program 1A, 2A & 3A OR for Ages 8 -13 with >2 years of Classical Ballet (No Pointe).
Pre-Registration & Audition Supplemental Form is required.
